1. Elevator was broken for more than 2 hours, so my parents have to climb up and down 7floors for buying dinner. 2. There was no water dispenser for guest, so u have to bring ur bottle to ask staffs for more water, which was really inconvenient for people who drink water a lot. moreover, they charged $15 for one water bottle. 3. It took 5 mins for a young person walking to parking lot, on the contrary, there was one parking lot just in front of hotel(10 sec walking distance), no idea why hotel doesn’t cooperate with closer one.

Look for a deal if you want to stay here. 1500-2000 is about right for value.

Nothing stood out. Maybe size of the room.

Expected more for the money. Tv couldn't watch many channels because parental locked (staff didn't know the code) and bathroom facilities low quality ans broken. Toilet didn't work properly and towels had big holes in. When I called the desk and spoke in English they just went silent and hung up. If they had said they didn't speak English that is understandable but to just hang up is very rude.
